"Praise the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.
Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre,
praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the strings and flute,
praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD." Psalm 150:1 – 6 NIV |

Notes
I
have
been
playing
the
drums
for
20
years
now
and
it
has
been
an
honour
to
play
with
many
different
people
in
many
different
styles
of
music.
I
love
it
when
God
brings
His
musicians
together
to
play
for
Him.
I
love
playing
with
different
people
- we
always
seem
to
“click”
and
get
on
well,
as
we
have
one
shared
goal
and
that
is
to
honour
and
praise
God.
I
thought
long
and
hard
whether
to
do a
drum
solo
for
the
album,
“Riches
of
My
Glory”
- I
am
always
worried
people
will
think
it
is
showing
off
or
it
is
not
that
good!
But
I
really
felt
in
my
soul
that
I
should
do
one
for
this
album.
So I
started
to
watch
lots
of
drum
solos
from
different
drummers
that
I
know
and
respect.
The
two
drummers
that
always
stand
out
for
me
and
that
have
influenced
me
the
most
are
Phil
Collins
and
Chester
Thomson.
They
do
grand
drum
duets
together
with
lots
of
very
rhythmical
playing
on
their
toms.
So
for
my
solo
I
wanted
to
play
lots
on
my
toms
and
to
keep
it
really
rhythmical.
I
have
called
it
the
“Heart
of
my
Worship”
because
it
is!
The
drums
mean
everything
to
me,
and
my
power
and
talent
for
the
drums
comes
straight
from
God.
Without
Him
I
would
not
be
playing
today.
He
has
blessed
me
with
this
gift
and
I
think
it
is
the
best
gift
in
the
world.
To
be a
drummer
is
to
be
in a
huge
mad
family!
And
I
thank
God
for
letting
me
into
that
family.
